Let's get talking about adult autism and ADHD services in York and North Yorkshire!

The NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board are inviting you to join us in a conversation to help transform and develop a sustainable adult autism and ADHD assessment service in York and North Yorkshire as we launch our programme of engagement. If you would like to share your experiences and learn more about service developments we invite you to join the conversation for people living in York and North Yorkshire.

We want to get talking about adult autism and ADHD, at the event you will be able to meet local healthcare professionals, share your feedback and find information on local support.

If you are unable to attend the event we're also hosting a virtual session via MS Teams on Thursday 14 December 2023, 6pm - 8pm. Blister Pack Recycling

In our Reception area you will find a box where you can place your used blister packets from your medications for recycling.

Blood Taking Appointments

Due to a high demand for Blood taking appointments we ask if you are able, to kindly go to the blood taking drop in centre at the New Community Stadium at Monks Cross. It's on Kathryn Avenue , Monks Cross Drive , Huntington YO32 9AF. There is free parking for up to 2 hours and the opening times are 8am - 5pm. You will need to come to Reception to pick a Blood form up before hand.

During busy times you may have to wait for your call to be answered, our receptionists are doing their best to answer your call as soon as possible.

Prescription Requests

Prescription requests are not taken over the telephone, please email us on Daltonsurgery.reception@nhs.net or pop a paper request through our letterbox on our front door. 

Prescriptions can also be ordered through NHS app once you have provided us with Documentation of Proof of ID and address. A drivers license is perfect for this or Passport and Utility Bill. 

We ask that you allow us 3 working days to process your request so please order your medication in enough time so you do not run out.

Flu Clinics 2023

We will be holding Flu Clinics on Saturday 30th September and Saturday 7th & 14th of October for patients over the age of 65.

The Clinics will be at Dalton Terrace Surgery and if you would like an appointment please call Reception to book.

If you do not wish to have a flu vaccination this year please email us to let us know at daltonsurgery.reception@nhs.net

Dr Schofield

Dr Schofield is now on maternity leave and patients of Dr Schofield have temporarily been allocated to Dr S Jones and Dr W Tawfeeq until her return.
